In collections workbench, Old customer notes which are created before the R12 upgrade are not showin

Hi,

In collections workbench, Old customer notes which were created before the R12 upgrade are not showing up. I am able to see the notes which I am creating after upgrade.

The tables jtf_notes_tl and jtf_notes_b are populated with old data but it doesn't show up on the workbench under Notes /History tab.

Please guide.
