Download/Upload ap workflow for ESA language

Hi,

When it is download and uploaded the APINVAPR workflow using the "WFLOAD" command for the ESA language, the accent marks doesn't appear.

There were the steps:

-->Download:

export NLS_LANG='LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1'

WFLOAD apps/pwd 0 Y DOWNLOAD esa_apinvapr.wft APINVAPR

-->Upload:

export NLS_LANG='LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1'

WFLOAD apps/pwd 0 Y UPLOAD esa_requisition.wft

Does any one know what could be happening?
