OIM forgot password scenario with security questions & OTP validation(using OAM)

Hi All,

I want to achieve OIM forgot password scenario with security questions & OTP validation.(But we don't have OAAM in scope),

Can this be achieved using OAM Adaptive authentication feature.Can we configure OAM adaptive authentication to skip the first level authentication and just go with OTP validation ?
