Deleted Posted Journal Entry

Hello,

We have a journal entry with a status of Deleted.  The journal was originally a Error Suspense correction.  We have the original journal, and an error suspense correction with a status of Posted and a second entry with a status of Deleted both with the same journal number.  How is the Deleted journal created?
