Oracle Forms authenticated by OIM/OAM 11g lost connection

I implemented Oracle Forms 12c application protected by OIM/OAM 11g authenticated by smart card via x509. Everything works fine except after login a while, it lost connection and show a message saying "Please insert a smart card". User has to restart the application.

Can anyone give me some hint as what might cause this issue?
