Oracle RMS 9 compatible with Oracle Forms 12c

Hi Team,

We need to check if Oracle RMS 9 will be able to work fine with Oracle Forms 12c?

We have a challenge in launching the Oracle Forms over Internet explorer from Apex 5x.

As per above reference there is a reccomendation to launch forms without a browser and the feature is available in Oracle 12c forms. Hence we need to confirm if our base version Oracle RMS 9 and Oracle Form 12c can work together?
