LDAP User Create and Update Full Reconciliation job running not completed

LDAP User Create and Update Full Reconciliation

We ran LDAP User Create and Update Full Reconciliation job and it is running continuously and it is not stopped any more. Its almost last 22 hours it is running. Can any one please help me to figure out it is lasting so long. Belwo are the few log traces from oimserver.out
