How t delete Reconciliation users in OIM

Hi,

Currently we OIM has huge no.of users which are Reconciled from OID and it has not properly loaded to OIM from OID(missign user attributes in OIM). So now we would like to clean up the OID and  OIM users list. Once it is done successfully we will bulk load the users to OID and will run the LDAP User Create and Full Reconciliation job to update the ssame users in OIM.

Since we are reloading all users to OID and OIM, what would be the necessory steps that we need to take before proceeding this approach.
