Prime Picking functionality in ORWMS

Can someone please explain the Prime Picking process?

Is it possible to pick units from a container present in reserve location in version 13 and above.  I have tested the below scnearion in v13:

1. I have item present in a container with 200 unit qty in reserve location and has no Forward pick location.

2, I have created a transfer of 20 qty of the item present in reserve location.

3. Waved and run the distribution batch.

4. System generated the pick directive with pick type as 'UM'. As I have assigned alll the required process for the reserve location and item.

Now in v13 i am not able to complete the picking. I have done some R&D and found that the screen related to Prime picking is removed from RWMS. If it is case why system created pick directive.
