Cobol programs in application server and process scheduler

Hi,

We used to have separate servers for application server and batch server PSUNX for our HR demo environment.  Now, we need to create a new environment by cloning HR demo.  But for this new environment, we are going to put application server and process scheduler into 1 server.  For cobol program, should I get the cobol from application server or PSUNX? Reason I asked is because the # of cobol programs in app server and PSUNX are different, could be caused by the tax update developers applied through out the years.
