Setting the limitation of number of times to try forgotten password

Is there any function to limit the number of times to try forgotten password?

When you forgot password and try to create the new one, you will go to "forgot my password" page,

but you also forgot the answer to the hidden question.

In that case, user may try a lot of times to answer, but is there any setting to limit the number of times to answer, say 5 times?

If user could try as many times as they want, sometime, they luckily got the answer. However, considering the security, I think it is better to have the limitation of times.
