Data not available populated to PAYMENT_ID_ITEM table

Hi all,

We have this issue where for an item, it is not available in PAYMENT_ID_ITEM table. Can anyone pls point me in the right direction as to which processes I will have to look at, which would populate this table? And also what could be the possible issues for rows not being available in PAYMENT_ID_ITEM table?

Any pointers would be much appreciated!
