Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is it possible to email customer statements without using Merkur in PS 9.1?

Hi,

I see in PeopleBooks that Merkur DeliveryWare and Merkur Connector software is needed to email AR customer statements in PeopleSoft 9.1

Do you know the costs for using Merkur software?

Is it possible to do it without using Merkur?

How does it work in 9.2?
