Hi Experts,

We recently upgraded from 8.1.1.7 to 8.1.1.15. In one of our test environment, the F9 key is not responding for send email functionality in Open UI. But it responds for Ctrl+Alt+1 in Open UI.

For HI, it is responding for F9 key.

But if I connect the same environment via dedicated client, it responds for F9 key for send email functionality in Open UI.

Is there anything special parameter or config file changes I need to do to achieve the F9 key to work in Thin client OpenUI?
