How to install third party certificate on oracle http server

hi Team,

We are invoking external Webservice call from Siebel using Open UI Java script(it is ajax call). Our current siebel URL is running with http only.

customer functionality is working fine if we manually install external certificate in client browser. now we are planning to install certificate in web server level to avoid installation of certificate on all client machines.

Please let me know how this can be installed on web server. we are using web server oracle http server. Please note that currently siebel application is running with http url only.
