Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Application Upgrade

I am having my PeopleTools on 8.55 and my Application on 9.1 (FIN 9.1 on SQL server)

I want to do an application upgrade to 9.2 (FIN 9.2 on SQL server)

I deployed the PUM Upgrade image 19. But, with this image, I don't understand how do I create my change packages for my Application Upgrade ?

Do I also require the latest PUM update image for my application upgrade. If yes, then how do I use it in my application upgrade.

If I can get the exact steps for Application upgrade, then it would be really helpful
