How do you remove a Dunning Contact

We have just started using Dunning letters in collections and in doing so are using Oracle's api to upload new contacts to our TCA.  These contacts will be at the customer account level (as Collections is set up at the account level) and we are adding in an email address and a role of Dunning.  This is a simple way to upload hundreds of customers with contact information so our Dunnings will automatically be emailed to the customer.  After uploading all of these contacts via the api, there are some accounts where the Dunning Letter is being sent to a
