We find that some of the old users is still active in the WF_LOCAL_ROLES table in our R12.2.4 instance although these users have been already disabled in EBS (END_DATE is not null in FND_USERS). Workflow tries to keep sending notifications to these users and fails. What is the best method to reconcile these expired users? Not sure if this was a bug in previous version that is carried over to current version.
