Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Please confirm once the 1099 fix is available for the year 2016, will be submitted in year 2017.

Is the fix available for Tools 8.54 or only available for Tools 8.55 on 10/31/2016?
