Withholding chartfields - issue while settin up new BU

Hi,

We are in FSCM 9.1 MP 14 toold 8.53

we are trying to setup a new BU.

THe GL BU setup is done and we are trying to setup the AP side.

We navigated to  Set Up Financials/Supply Chain >Business Unit Related >Procurement >Procurement Control 

Then we added the new BU. We entered all the details and modelled it against already existing BU.

In the last 'WITHHOLDING' Tab we entered the entity information and clicked on the chartfields link.

We Tried to enter the same information like the already existing BU.

we got an erro that account not valid. we checked the account in the existing BU and the accont is not in the system .
