Problem logging into the SES search page.

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

I installed and configured SES in a second environment (and reinstalled and double-checked everything against the first environment). When I go to the .../search/query/search URL and try to login as weblogic, I get a login authentication failure (and I've made sure I didn't fat-finger the password). How do I resolve this?
