PeopleSoft 8.55 - PUM - Change Assistant - I am unable to load the PUM Source to Change Assistant.

We have HCM 9.2. Currently we have PUM Image 17. I downloaded and installed PUM Image 19. Now I want to add this image in Change Assistant as new PUM Source. I am unable to do so. Our PUM is installed using the VM Box method, and is available over the network using the Bridge Adaptor, and Static IP. I am able to access the PUM application from other servers / workstations within the network. Our Change Assistant is installed on the same windows server where we have PUM running. I have added the TNS Entry for PUM database on
