Close manager 11.1.2.4 - Parent Tasks not Loading

Hi Everyone,

FCM - Close Manager - Parent Tasks not loading through either Import or through Manual creation

Going to raise this on the community as well, given I haven't had much of a response from an SR raised (and escalculated/ push to the support director AND raised in severity).

Problem Summary

Parent Tasks (ParentTaskType) are not loading either by Template or by Manual creation.  (Version 11.1.2.4)

The following error message is being received on the Import of either Templates or Schedules into the Close Manager application. This is preventing us with continuing with the Implementation of the product, so will classify accordingly. I have replicated this behaviour with multiple templates and Users.
