permission list for specific user roles

Dear All

In PeopleSoft FSCM environment version 9.2, with no update image is there system designed permission list available for specific general roles of finance. E.g. Accountant permission list A, B and C could be assigned to him so that he could do the General ledger part efficiently or X, Y, Z permission list assigned to a user of Asset Management module etc.

Also, kindly list down or provide some hint as how to find the administrative type of system delivered permission list which give right to user as an administrator of that module, cause if we assign that permission list and than try to control/shrink down user right for that particular arena ultimately we couldn't be able to achieve the target since, he already posses the system admin rights via permission list.
