Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Importing Mass promises into Collections

We have requirement to add mass promises to invoices on a considerably large volume of transactions which are not sequential.

Collections users receive an excel sheet with transaction numbers and promise date.

Is there a way to import these details into collections other than manually selecting these transactions and adding mass promises?
