Delivered PS tools 8.55 method of uploading files to a batch/app/other to use with SQR/AE/etc.

I am trying to find out if Oracle delivers a PS Peopletools 8.55 method of uploading files to a batch/app/other server that could then be used in SQR/AppEngine/etc.  Does anyone know of a delivered way to do this?  Thanks.
