Collections - Dispute Reason FRM-41026: Field does not understand operation
Hi all,
We've recently installed the Collections RUP 22991931:R12.IEX.B and since then have been getting an intermittent issue in the Collections Workbench when entering a Dispute on a transaction.
When the user tries to invoke the LOV on the 'Dispute Reason' field, they are sometimes seeing the Error Message "FRM-41026: Field Does Not Understand Operation".
The workaround we have in place at the moment is to close out of the Dispute screen , come back to the UWQ and refresh all nodes.
Any reason we would be receiving that error and how do we stop it from appearing?
