Object reference not set to an instance of an object in Peoplesoft Integration Broker

hi,

I am invoking a third party web service from Peoplesoft.  when I invoke I get the error "A call to method failed.  Object reference not set to an instance of an object".  I did check the parameters are correct and validated the soap doc, still the error persists.
