How can i create same commission value to a team ?

Hi, please help me here if you undersand about credit allocation between members.

How can i setup a group (Ex.: Group1)  with a salesrep team  ( Salesrep1, Salesrep2, Salesrep3, ... ) to calculate commission with the same value for all team members? Follow hierarchies bellow:

                    Group 1

    ___________|__________

    |                       |                  |

Salesrep1     Salesrep2    Salesrep3

Exemple : If commission of Salesrep3 = 100 , automatically i need that the OIC generate the same comission (100) to Salesrep2 and Salesrep1
