How to set a HA Standby SBC OutOfService?

Greetings community,

Wondering about a simple and easy way to deliberately set standby SBC into OutOfService. A set-system-state offline on standby system don't do the work here

Why?

Well, imagine a IWF setup with lot of calls on H323 side hitting the SBC. Now imagine a network maintenance is required affecting the Wancom1 and Wancom2 connectivity, for instance cabling works between DCs.

As to my knowledge in a HA setup  H323 calls are not synchronized, a switch over from active SBC to standby SBC would drop all current call's signaling, right?

Would a HA Media Interface Keepalive Configuration save my day on a long term actually?
