Include new BI Publisher Excel Templates

The latest versions of BI Publisher from Oracle include a terrific template engine for excel, with many additional features that the Word template doesn't provide.

1. Where can we vote on this as a future feature. It would be great;

2. Is anyone interested in working on this as a bolt-on type of project? Is this something we could even do?
