OAM - pswd policy issue

i am trying to use OAM own password policy.

I have configured password policy for protected URL http://host:port/index.html and OUD is userIdentityStore.

Issue:

- When i try to login with user.1, it ask for password change. Once after changing the password, then i try to login http://host:port/index.html but it throws below error.

Oracle Access Manager Error

Unable to process the request due to unexpected error.
