Our European bank is not passing us our BANK_ID_NBR, BANK_ACCT_NBR in their MT940 or camt.053.001.02

Our European bank is not passing us our BANK_ID_NBR, BANK_ACCT_NBR in their MT940 or camt.053.001.02 XML files.Our BSP_IMPORT is not able to match their internal id/account combo with ours. The problem is; they use the IBAN id as their key, passing us the BIC and tag25 fields as id/account. They cannot send us what we need because they cannot change their feeds. We cannot change our bank account id to their tag25 because the account number is used to construct the IBAN on the peoplesoft external bank page and it creates a invalid combo.
