Will Cost change in RMS trigger a Price change in RPM

Will a cost change that is applied for an item due to cost change request raised in the RMS system automatically trigger a new selling retail in the RPM system?

For eg:  in RPM future retail, there is a new selling retail from 03-Nov onwards and there is a cost change applied today which increases the cost of an item. Will this automatically trigger a change in the selling retail of the item from 03-Nov in order to ensure that the margin is maintained?
