3820, Real counter is not accurate

I have several sets of 3820 SBCs.  When I run the Show Realm command I have 1 connection that has an Active value that is a lot higher than reality.

This is from my QA environment:

This is also happening in our production environment on the same connection.

Not sure if we are not getting a clean disconnect from our IVR on calls placed from the IVR.
