8.55 Tools - Change Assistant - Deploying Files Manually

I've set up SEM agent and hub is running fine in my to-be-upgraded tools 8.55.01 Windows environment (with the agent is running from an 8.55.09 tools install).

I have 9.2 Demo running image 19 Tools 8.55.09 on my PUM vm, but can NOT map the SAMBA share so I've copied the PI_HOME to my CA box.

I'm very new to PUM and CA, with limited upgrading experience otherwise.

I'm wanting to upgrade (via CA/update manager) our HR 92 DEMO from HR image #16, Tools 8.55.01 to HR image #19, Tools 8.55.09

I assumed that with copying the PI_HOME to be available on my CA box that it would still auto - deploy the files?  However, I have a step now to manually deploy the files.  I assume these are the files needing deployed?
