hijra dates shifts 2 days

Dear all ,

i have an issue in iprocurement, when i make the requisition the needed by date is required it comes automatically from the system as (system date). this date shift 2 days from the current date. i don't know why ??

we setup the date with hijrah calendar.

my EBS is R12.1.3

please advice, if any solution ?
