Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. PUM 9.2 Tools 8.55 - starting SES mid-tier failed

when starting SES during the power up of the PUM image the mid-tier fails. Consequently, SES doesn't work.

1. How do I fix that?

2. How do I access SES GUI?
