Unable to see the Delinquent Transactions In the UWQ

Hi,

I am a new bee to the Advanced collections and trying to set up the UWQ working for one of my Receivables user for accessing the Delinquent Transactions in a more Formatted manner than using the Aging reports. We are in R12, 12.1.3, and this is the first time Business User trying to access the UWQ. I had completed the Collections setup and also ran the Concurrent requests sequentially as per the Collections Set up Doc. I was able to see the UWQ populating the Delinquent Customer's but then I cant see the "Delinquent Transactions" at all in the list.
