Email Collaboration issues with PeopleSoft Financials Requisition module

Hello,

We are tying to enable email collaboration for ePro-Req process. Eventually we want to enable for other processes.

I used attached document to setup email collaboration. I am getting emails sent to me and when i approve and send it back, that mail is going to right mail box. Once that is done when i try to run EOAWEMC App Engine, it is dying. Please advise on how to fix this.
