Service accounts for PeopleTools 8.52

Hi.

We are reviewing our system security and one of the audit point that came out was that our NT service accounts used for Tuxedo and Weblogic are local admin accounts.  Is that required?  I know that in the past, the account used for installation required to be local admin on the server where the install occurred and that the service account had to be the same but I don`t think it is anymore.

Does that have something to do with the TM_CPAU environment variable (for Tuxedo).  Is it required to run Weblogic?
