Custom AccountLocked page with OAM and OIM in separate domains

Hi there,

We are using OIM 11.1.2.3 integrated with OAM, OUD and WebGate 11g and are trying to configure a bespoke account locked page.

OIM and OAM are running in different domains.

The login, error, log out and account locked pages are deployed in a custom app on the <oam-domain> and the login and logout pages are working as expected.

Following option 2 in Doc ID 1589943.1 "How to Restrict the Redirection to Default accountlockout Page in OAM-OIM Integrated Env", we have updated oam.config.xml with the following (and incremented the version number so that it gets deployed across the cluster):
