Oracle Notifications via Email - Password Reset

Hello,

We are designing a program that we can run in Test Instances after each Clone that will turn every users Email Style’ to ‘Do not send me mail’ in their Preferences.

The problem is that with the Email Style’ set to ‘Do not send me mail’ the user is unable to reset his/her password.

Any suggestions on how to disable Email Notifications to users yet the Password Reset functionality still sends an email to the user so he/she can reset their password if needed?
