OAMConsole: Error 404 - This member will not join the cluster because the senior member's IP address

Hi all,

I get error 404 on Oracle VM.: oamconsole (11.1.2.3) error 404 and in log file see the following error: Address=10.0.2.15 is for localhost. Hw can I solve the issue?
