Issues running PUM on Terminal Server: IP address not available, Change Assistant thinks another in

I currently have an SR open with MOS:  SR 3-13494398971 : PUM 20: Unable to access pi_home and tools_client folders on ip address after install

I am attempting to install and run PUM from a terminal server rather than on a laptop.  I am able to import the PUM Image (image 20) into VirtualBox and start it successfully.

However, I am not able to access the ip address in order to copy the folders 'pi_home' and 'tools_client'.

I've installed the PUM image on a laptop and everything is working fine there.  So I copied the two folders from this environment to the terminal server.

Howdy, Stranger!
