ORWMS TASK MANAGEMENT ISSUE

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi

Task management is showing No Data Found after entering the combination of task Group, equipment and location . The corresponding task data has been populated in Task_queu table.The Equipment , Zone, Task Group , task , User has been setup and linked.

I have set up for U PICK. I have data in task queue but when I am using RF menu TASK Management and scanning equipment,task group and starting location , I am getting NO DATA FOUND ERROR.

Please suggest what could be probable reasons.
