where/How can I see configuration variables setting for repeated Approvers functionality in AME?

During a session, presenter turned configuration setting for AME ( ie repeatedApprovers = every occurance).

I believe it could be using "About this page" - is it in test workbench or setup area of AME approvals? Could anyone please provide the steps on how I can see this variable setting?
