[OIM] Reuse User ID behavior

Hi all.

I am working with OIM R2 PS3. I enabled user ID reuse through System Properties.

Now I can delete users, but when I re-create them, users still appears with old data. Besides it, modify, enable, etc options are not enabled (grayed). In accounts tab, I see previous resources in revoked state and can not provision new ones.

Is this the behavior of the Reuse User ID Feature or do I have to make some additional steps in order to let create users from scratch, although they previously existed in OIM and were deleted?
