Bank statement line with status reconciled, does not have amount reconciled and transactions reconci

Good morning,

My user reported that amount reconciled and transactions that were reconciled to a bank statement line are disappearing after she reconciles .

We reviewed the tables and it looks like the system is not saving her reconciliation, we replicated the same in our test environment, but we could not replicate the problem.

Her work around is to match it again and to hope that the system saves the matching/reconciliation the next time.

I have reviewed the Oracle documentation and I found they offer a data-fix, which is not useful in our case. Because she does want to reconcile the line.
