External facing PeopleSoft pages that require no log in

My apologies if this is posted in the wrong place, I'm just not sure what category this should fall under. I also want to state that I'm a developer and not a DBA or PeopleSoft Administrator,

so I will not implement the infrastructure side of this requirement (and my knowledge on this part is very limited) and am just researching some options to present to the relevant people.

We are using Campus Solutions 9.0 (PeopleTools 8.53.06). The requirement we've received is to provide alumni and users who have completed degrees partially with the ability to request

transcripts. These alumni, etc will no longer have active PeopleSoft User Profiles and the link to this functionality will reside on the University's internet site and not within Self Service.
